The Stables Cottage offered a truly family-friendly getaway. During our stay to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, the hosts added delightful birthday bunting, which made our arrival special. the open-plan kitchen was well equipped, making meal preparation seamless while keeping an eye on our crawling daughter. With two spacious bedrooms and en-suite facilities, we found it suitable for our entire family, including my elderly father-in-law and our small dog. the shared laundry area was a practical touch we appreciated. the cottage’s location near attractions like Scarborough and Whitby was convenient, though a car is necessary for travel. We enjoyed the hot tub and landscaped courtyard, while my daughter loved the designated picnic and children’s play areas. Our overall experience was memorable, and we plan to return for another family escape.
